Affordable Housing: Affordable rental housing is priced 10% below Market rates. There are a variety of housing options from a junior 1-bedroom to 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments and townhouses. Seniors receive a further 10% discount of the listed rental rates. All properties are located close to Services, amenities and bus routes. They are pet friendly and part of the crime free multi-housing program.

Social Housing: As a provincially designated Housing Management Body, WBH managers all social housing in Wood Buffalo on behalf of the government of Alberta. Social housing is provided to qualifying individuals at rates tied to income, usually 30% of your total income, which ensures housing costs do not deplete earnings.
