Provides services, programs and support to seniors to enable them to live as healthy and independently as possible. This includes presentations and resources on healthy living including benefits of active living, disease and cancer prevention, injury prevention, and tobacco and substance cessation.

Walk On Program: A free walking program, in collaboration with St. Aidan’s, Alzheimer’s Society, and MacDonald Island, for seniors on the upper level track at MacDonald Island to encourage seniors to be active and connect with others in the community. Contact Carolyn for more information.

Carpet Bowling: A free program offered for Seniors 55+ at MacDonald Island Park in the Nexen Energy Fieldhouse. No registration is required. Partnered with St. Aidan’s Society, MacDonald Island Park and Alzheimer’s Society.
