A short-term counselling service to help people make changes in their lives.

The focus of counselling is to help people make changes in their lives by learning what their strengths are and using them.

Reasons for needing this support can include stress, grieving, parenting, relationships, depression and anxiety.

Confidential counselling sessions are 50 minutes.

Referrals can be made to other medical professionals as needed.
