Home Care helps people who live at home and need support with care after surgery, long-term care, palliative care, and respite services. A case manager nurse will meet with clients to help decide what service will best support them. The Continuing Care Access Phone Number has someone available Monday to Friday 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday, Sunday and Holidays on call. Most services are covered but there may be charges for services that are not covered by Alberta Health Care Insurance. |
