Jayson Bueckert, Chairman


Married to Sharlene and father of 3 young boys, Jay is the longest serving Board member with 9 years of service.  He has served as Board Chair for the past year and a half.  Jay has been in Fort McMurray for 12 years and is the Regional Director of CLAC.  In his free time Jay loves spending time with his family, the occasional game of golf and dipping into his love of photography.

Philip Kilpatrick, Vice-Chairman


Philip is an electrician and currently holds a position of a maintenance planner at Suncor Energy. He and his wife of 40+ years, moved to Fort McMurray over 4 years ago for a new adventure. Philip immediately found a volunteer opportunity with St. Aidan’s. He has served on the board for over 3 years and holds the positions of Treasurer and Vice Chair.

Latosia Campbell-Walters, Secretary

Latosia originally hails from Jamaica but she and her husband Aldous have called Fort McMurray home since 2009.  An employee of the RMWB, Latosia is currently on maternity leave after giving birth to their first child, David, in June, 2015.  Although relishing motherhood, Latosia continues to make time to continue her service to the community as the Secretary of the Board.

Pamela St. Croix, Treasurer


Pam is a Registered Nurse and has been employed with Alberta Health Services for 34 years.  She is married to Paul and their shared love of travel takes them on adventures near and far.  Pam has served on the Board of Directors for 6 years assuming the roles of member at large and previously secretary.  With retirement in her near future, Pam will be returning home to the East Coast but will take with her pride in being part of the exciting transition of the Society from past service delivery to the new focus of service provision for seniors.

Dane Neufeld, Member at Large


Dane moved to Fort McMurray 3 ½ years ago and his love of the outdoors made him fall in love with Fort McMurray immediately.  Dane enjoys music and paddling the waters of Fort McMurray.  Dane is a Minister with the Anglican Church and he and his wife have 4 young children.

Tim Byron, Member at Large

Tim has a long association with the community of Fort McMurray (over 30 years), being a former student of Father Mercredi High School and Keyano College before moving on to the University of Alberta to pursue his law degree.  In his spare time, Tim loves being at home with his wife and the dogs, plays mandolin and guitar, and tries to avoid politics as much as possible.

Harvey Tulk, Member at Large

Harvey has been married to Lynn for 40 years. They have one son and one granddaughter. The family moved to Fort McMurray over ten years ago.  Harvey is a Supply Chain Professional with over 37 years’ experience. He is also a graduate of Leadership Wood Buffalo.  Over the past 45-50 years Harvey has served on 15-20 not for profit /for profit boards. He currently volunteers with the Church, United Way and Hospital to name a few.  In the past Harvey has served as Mayor and school trustee for his hometown. Harvey enjoys golfing, cooking, travelling, walking, and of course spending time with his granddaughter who is his pride and joy.
